You can be sure of companionable surroundings at a tavern that sports the “echt. guat.” sign. Quality wine taverns offer a host of good things – homemade delicacies, home-baked bread, recipes dreamed up by the chef, and wine (including Uhudler) or Most (semi-fermented grape juice) to wash them down.
